OUR POLICY

All items bought must be returned new, unused and with all Maisiques garment tags attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Repeated Returns

We have a flexible returns policy that makes your online shopping experience a breeze. We monitor the number of returns made by customers, and repeated returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion lead to the closure of your Maisiques account or future orders being refused. 

Late Returns

Please send your purchase back to us within 14 days of receipt. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.

Clothing

Please take care when trying on items, as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all Maisiques garment tags still attached.

We require the removal of jewellery when trying on our garments due to the delicacy of our fabrics.

Lingerie & Swimwear

Briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you received it. If you have owned your item for longer than this, then please contact Customer Care.

Colors

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Maisiques as accurately as possible. However, as screens on your devices may vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.

Feathers

Due to the construction of the trim, where the ends of the feather have been cut and bound to form the fringe, there may be slight sharp edges that remain poking through.
