Shipping policy

UK Delivery Info

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. All orders placed before 3 PM GMT during these days will be processed on the same day, provided all security checks are successfully passed. If additional security checks are required, processing may be delayed until the requested information is provided. During peak times, such as festive periods and bank holidays, order processing may take up to 2 working days due to high order volume.

We ship using DHL (UK) Express. Working days are considered Monday through Friday.

If delivery is attempted and no one is present at the specified shipping address, your shipping provider will leave a notice card with instructions to collect your package from the local depot.

Please note that if orders arrive late at our warehouse, an additional day may be required for processing.

Taxes & Duties

Customers located outside the U.K. are responsible for paying any taxes and duties applicable in the destination country. Please be aware that regulations and guidelines vary by country, and Maisiques is not liable for any additional costs. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs authority for accurate calculations of any duties or taxes payable.

If a customer refuses a package, they will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred, and the cost of returning the order to our warehouse. These costs will be deducted from your refund once the package is received.

Public Bank Holidays

There will be no deliveries on public bank holidays.

Helpful Tips

To ensure you receive your order, please double-check that your shipping address is correct, as we are unable to make changes once the order is dispatched.

Our delivery time begins once your order is processed. Processing to shipping may take up to 24 hours, depending on when the order was placed.

All orders are shipped with tracking, and a signature is required upon delivery. If you won’t be home to receive your Maisiques package, we recommend using your work address as the delivery address.

DHL Express (UK)

DHL Express operates Monday to Friday, excluding public bank holidays. Orders must be processed by 3 PM to be dispatched the same day. DHL does not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Delivery Service

Please ensure you or someone you know will be present at the registered shipping address to accept your delivery. Customers are advised to monitor their order tracking information and notify us within 7 days of dispatch if there are any issues with delivery. Delivery issues reported after 7 days may no longer be investigated or compensated. Maisiques is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit, if you authorise the courier service to leave your parcel unattended in your absence.

Please do not refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries. 

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Please note, we not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders, this will be at your own risk. 

Insurance 

For all deliveries we require a signature, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Not the receiver of the purchase? If you got your Maisiques items as a gift or something similar, then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the packaging.
