Return address will be included with your order.
EXTENDED RETURNS
All orders placed can be returned within 14 days.
RETURNS
Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Maisiques we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Maisiques when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
Luckily, our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery makes sending it back hassle free. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt.
Mislaid your returns sheet? Don’t panic. Just send us over an email at HELP@MAISIQUES.COM and we’ll be happy to help you out.
Some items are not eligible for a return or refund, but don’t worry. We make sure our designs clearly state this for you.
Payments will be credited back to the original purchase method. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. Please note SALE items are Non-refundable.
Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times, as we are unable to amend this.
We don't take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items are final sale and are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits for items purchased at a discounted price during a sale event. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review their purchases before completing the transaction. We encourage customers to reach out to our customer service team with any questions or concerns prior to making a purchase. However, in the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 of receiving your order, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution. Thank you for your understanding and for shopping with us.
*Swimwear, hair accessories, jewellery and sale items are not eligible for returns*
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For international returns the cost of returning an item is at the customer's own expense. We would always advise you to securely package your return and use a tracked delivery service or courier, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
EXCHANGES
Here at Maisiques we do not accept exchange; returned items will be refunded instead. That is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels.
RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?
Should you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact our customer care team directly at help@maisiques.com
LATE RETURNS
We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days will be returned to you.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You do not receive a refund for your original delivery costs.
CARRIERS TO RETURN
Use your local post office (Royal Mail Only) with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return. If you require a faster return, you can request for special delivery - guaranteed next day service.
